{"id":24645,"date":"2024-05-14T10:28:17","date_gmt":"2024-05-14T09:28:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhr-navigator.unglobalcompact.org\/?post_type=case_studies&#038;p=24645"},"modified":"2024-06-06T10:29:10","modified_gmt":"2024-06-06T09:29:10","slug":"medidas-sobre-genero-diversidad-e-inclusion","status":"publish","type":"case_studies","link":"https:\/\/bhr-navigator.unglobalcompact.org\/es\/case_studies\/medidas-sobre-genero-diversidad-e-inclusion\/","title":{"rendered":"Medidas sobre g\u00e9nero, diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"paragraph_block reading_content\">\n    <p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cofides.es\/quienes-somos\">COFIDES<\/a> es una empresa p\u00fablico-privada adscrita al Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, Comercio y Empresa de Espa\u00f1a que gestiona fondos estatales.<\/p>\n<p>COFIDES cuenta desde 2015 con una Pol\u00edtica de g\u00e9nero en el lugar de trabajo y un Protocolo de acoso laboral, sexual y por raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero. En 2019, se aprob\u00f3 la Pol\u00edtica LGBTI. En 2020, COFIDES firm\u00f3 un compromiso para respetar las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-lgbti.org\/about-the-standards-of-conduct\">Normas de conducta empresarial de las Naciones Unidas:<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-lgbti.org\/about-the-standards-of-conduct\"> para abordar la discriminaci\u00f3n contra las personas LGBTI<\/a>. En 2022, COFIDES cre\u00f3 una Comisi\u00f3n de Igualdad, aprob\u00f3 un Plan de Igualdad para garantizar la igualdad real y efectiva de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres en COFIDES, y se adhiri\u00f3 a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redi-lgbti.org\/\">Asociaci\u00f3n Red Empresarial por la Diversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n LGBTI (REDI)<\/a> y a los <a href=\"https:\/\/unglobalcompact.org\/take-action\/action\/womens-principles\">Principios de Empoderamiento de Mujeres (WEPs) de la ONU.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para hacer realidad estos compromisos, y con el apoyo de los altos ejecutivos, COFIDES ha emprendido acciones concretas, entre las que se incluyen<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Impartir formaci\u00f3n sobre diversidad para dar visibilidad al colectivo LGBTI en COFIDES.<\/li>\n<li>La Comisi\u00f3n de Igualdad da a conocer las acciones de COFIDES para reforzar el respeto de los derechos humanos, la no discriminaci\u00f3n y el apoyo a la diversidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>COFIDES celebr\u00f3 el Mes de la Diversidad en 2022, con diferentes iniciativas, entre ellas el \u00abRainbow Jumper Day<em>\u00ab.<\/em> En febrero de 2023, COFIDES acogi\u00f3 una conferencia organizada por REDI sobre \u00abDiversidad e inclusi\u00f3n en las empresas p\u00fablicas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En 2023, conmemorando el D\u00eda del Orgullo LGBTI, la empresa organiz\u00f3 la 1\u00aa Edici\u00f3n de los Premios ORGULLO COFIDES 2023. Se llevaron a cabo otras actividades como la distribuci\u00f3n de pulseras con la bandera LGBTI, un desayuno conmemorativo, un banner en la web corporativa enlazado a la web de Madrid Orgullo y el dise\u00f1o de una firma de correo electr\u00f3nico con la bandera LGBTI.<\/p>\n<p>Estas actividades y medidas sobre diversidad han permitido un cambio cultural entre sus empleados, con m\u00e1s del 35 % de la plantilla participando en actividades de formaci\u00f3n en igualdad. Tambi\u00e9n ha creado un grupo interno de m\u00e1s de 15 voluntarios en el \u00e1mbito de la igualdad y la inclusi\u00f3n, y ha incorporado estos valores como principios esenciales de la agenda de COFIDES.<\/p>\n<p>Los esfuerzos de COFIDES en materia de derechos humanos, inclusi\u00f3n y diversidad LGBTI han sido reconocidos por el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores espa\u00f1ol, el Ministerio de Igualdad espa\u00f1ol y la Uni\u00f3n Europea.
