Al formalizar horarios flexibles de inicio y finalizaci\u00f3n para empleados\/as y al mismo tiempo fijar las horas de trabajo principales de todo el equipo dentro de la jornada laboral, \u201cFlexitime\u201d ha logrado numerosas ventajas tanto para empleados\/as como para la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Los\/as empleados\/as se benefician de la reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s al poder controlar su horario de trabajo de acuerdo con sus preferencias personales y adaptarse a\u00fan m\u00e1s seg\u00fan sea necesario teniendo en cuenta los imprevistos. Los horarios de trabajo flexibles tambi\u00e9n ayudan a cerrar la brecha de g\u00e9nero, contribuyendo a una mayor equidad para los\/as empleados\/as.
