Esperan cumplir el objetivo de alcanzar la paridad de g\u00e9nero en los puestos de direcci\u00f3n de nivel inicial y superior para 2025. En los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os, EABL ha logrado una mayor representaci\u00f3n femenina en toda su plantilla. Actualmente est\u00e1n en el 36 % de representaci\u00f3n femenina en el consejo, lo que supone una mejora respecto al 18% de 2017. Las mujeres representan el 36 % de la alta direcci\u00f3n al final del primer semestre de 2021, frente al 20 % de finales de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>La base de estas mejoras es el establecimiento y la aplicaci\u00f3n de su marco de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eabl.com\/sustainabilityreport\/assets\/pdfs\/CHAMPION-INCLUSION-DIVERSITY.pdf\">Inclusi\u00f3n y Diversidad<\/a> (I+D), centrado en las pol\u00edticas inclusivas de g\u00e9nero que apoyan a las mujeres en su cadena de valor. Esto incluye duplicar el permiso parental, hacer un esfuerzo deliberado para contratar al 50 % a hombres y mujeres para todos los puestos y establecer objetivos similares para los proveedores.
