Actualmente, el 17 % de los puestos directivos los ocupan mujeres, y la relaci\u00f3n entre el salario base y la remuneraci\u00f3n de las mujeres y los hombres es de 0,78. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ripipsa.com\/\">Ripipsa<\/a> emplea el marco de los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weps.org\/\">Principios para el Empoderamiento de las Mujeres<\/a> como hoja de ruta estructurada para definir y lograr objetivos espec\u00edficos en relaci\u00f3n con la igualdad de g\u00e9nero. La empresa ha establecido pol\u00edticas inclusivas como los permisos de maternidad y lactancia, la paternidad corresponsable y los horarios flexibles. Tambi\u00e9n ha participado en iniciativas externas que promueven la igualdad de g\u00e9nero y combaten la violencia contra las mujeres.
