La empresa ha utilizado los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weps.org\/\">Principios para el Empoderamiento de las Mujeres<\/a> como gu\u00eda para centrar sus objetivos e iniciativas en materia de igualdad de g\u00e9nero. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caixabank.com\/es\/home_es.html\">CaixaBank<\/a> ha creado un Comit\u00e9 de Diversidad ejecutivo, ha desarrollado un sistema de puntuaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfico para analizar los avances en relaci\u00f3n con el objetivo, ha utilizado listas de preselecci\u00f3n con diversidad de g\u00e9nero en los procesos de promoci\u00f3n de directivos\/as y ha participado con los\/as directivos\/as en grupos de discusi\u00f3n y sesiones de networking peri\u00f3dicas para identificar las barreras a la progresi\u00f3n profesional de las mujeres. Tambi\u00e9n han desarrollado un programa de diversidad llamado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caixabank.com\/es\/people\/diversity-equal-opportunites\/wengage-programme.html\">Wengage<\/a> en el que participan empleados\/as de todos los niveles de la organizaci\u00f3n.
