Por otra parte, en 2019, se vincul\u00f3 a Panasonic con el trato indebido a los\/as empleados\/as, especialmente con respecto a su programa de pr\u00e1cticas. Se determin\u00f3 que se hab\u00eda contratado a 82\u00a0trabajadores\/as en pr\u00e1cticas contraviniendo la legislaci\u00f3n laboral. Como consecuencia de ello, <a href=\"https:\/\/asia.nikkei.com\/Economy\/Mitsubishi-and-Panasonic-banned-from-hiring-foreign-interns2\">se impuso una multa<\/a> a Panasonic , oblig\u00e1ndola a cancelar los programas de pr\u00e1cticas t\u00e9cnicas en el extranjero y prohibi\u00e9ndole la contrataci\u00f3n de becarios extranjeros hasta 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Tras las acusaciones de exceso de horas extraordinarias, Panasonic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnet.com\/news\/pansonic-wants-its-workers-to-relax-and-work-80-hours-max\/\">redujo las horas<\/a> que aun as\u00ed permit\u00edan una semana laboral de 55\u00a0horas, pero limit\u00f3 las horas extraordinarias a 80\u00a0horas al mes, una reglamentaci\u00f3n que entr\u00f3 en vigor formalmente en febrero de 2017, y que se aplica a todos los niveles de empleo, excepto al consejo de administraci\u00f3n. En 2017, Panasonic tambi\u00e9n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.panasonic.com\/global\/corporate\/sustainability\/human_rights.html\">particip\u00f3 en la formulaci\u00f3n<\/a> de una declaraci\u00f3n conjunta en la que se abordan las jornadas de trabajo prolongadas junto con otros grupos econ\u00f3micos e industriales japoneses.
