H&amp;M es uno de los fabricantes y minoristas de ropa m\u00e1s grandes del mundo, con una cadena de suministro global que emplea a aproximadamente 1,5\u00a0millones de personas. Como tal, la empresa reconoce su oportunidad de influir significativamente en los niveles de salarios dignos. En concreto, mediante la implementaci\u00f3n del <a href=\"https:\/\/hmgroup.com\/sustainability\/fair-and-equal\/wages\/\">Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n Salarial<\/a> y los representantes de los\/as trabajadores\/as elegidos democr\u00e1ticamente, H&amp;M ha tenido un \u00e9xito especial en la mejora de los niveles salariales en sus f\u00e1bricas proveedoras. El sistema de gesti\u00f3n salarial proporciona a los\/as trabajadores\/as una mayor transparencia en las tablas salariales que ponen de relieve las capacidades y responsabilidades retribuidas en cada nivel salarial. La implantaci\u00f3n de representantes de los\/as trabajadores\/as elegidos democr\u00e1ticamente tiene como objetivo principal respaldar negociaciones justas.
