Schneider mantiene el compromiso de pagar a los\/as empleados\/as de los rangos salariales inferiores un salario digno o superior para satisfacer las necesidades b\u00e1sicas de sus familias. El Grupo considera como necesidades b\u00e1sicas la alimentaci\u00f3n, la vivienda, el saneamiento, la educaci\u00f3n, la asistencia sanitaria y los ingresos discrecionales para un determinado nivel de vida local.<\/p>\n<p>En 2018, Schneider comenz\u00f3 a trabajar con un asesor independiente \u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bsr.org\/en\/\">Business for Social Responsibility (Empresas por la Responsabilidad Social) (BSR)<\/a>\u2014 para poner en marcha un compromiso de salario digno. Schneider Electric ha iniciado un proceso global para analizar los niveles salariales y las pr\u00e1cticas de empleo frente a los niveles de salario digno locales establecidos por BSR. Hasta la fecha, el an\u00e1lisis ha abarcado 63\u00a0pa\u00edses, cubriendo as\u00ed el 99\u00a0% de la huella de Schneider.
