L\u2019OR\u00c9AL ha establecido alianzas con expertos, incluida la <a href=\"https:\/\/fair-wage.com\/\">Fair Wage Network (Red de salario justo)<\/a>, una organizaci\u00f3n independiente que ofrece una base de datos completa y actualizada que se utiliza para definir, crear y aplicar una estrategia de salarios dignos. Adem\u00e1s, L\u2019OR\u00c9AL tambi\u00e9n tiene en cuenta diversos factores, como la tasa de fertilidad local y el n\u00famero promedio de ingresos por hogar para calcular el salario digno.<\/p>\n<p>La Estrategia de salario digno complementa el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilo.org\/global\/research\/publications\/working-papers\/WCMS_682670\/lang--en\/index.htm\">programas existente \u00abShare &amp; Care\u00bb (Compartir y cuidar) de L\u2019OR\u00c9AL<\/a>, que ofrece a los\/as empleados\/as de todo el mundo un conjunto de prestaciones sociales, incluidos permisos de maternidad y paternidad, acceso a tratamientos m\u00e9dicos reembolsados y seguro de discapacidad.
