El Plan cuenta con un equipo designado al efecto, compuesto por 23 empleados\/as de Lloyd\u2019s negros, asi\u00e1ticos o pertenecientes a minor\u00edas \u00e9tnicas, que forman colectivamente el Panel Asesor de Razas. Adem\u00e1s, la Red REACH (siglas en ingl\u00e9s de raza, etnia y patrimonio cultural) de Lloyd\u2019s conecta, apoya y defiende a comunidades infrarrepresentadas, tanto dentro como fuera de la empresa. Por ejemplo, a trav\u00e9s de REACH se ofrece a estudiantes de entornos desfavorecidos y minor\u00edas culturales est\u00edmulo y apoyo para explorar oportunidades profesionales en el sector financiero. A partir de 2020, la Red REACH cuenta con m\u00e1s de 4\u00a0000 miembros y 700 promotores.
