Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weps.org\/\">WEPs<\/a> dienten dem Unternehmen als Leitfaden f\u00fcr die Ausrichtung seiner Gleichstellungsziele und -initiativen. Die CaixaBank hat einen Diversit\u00e4tsausschuss eingerichtet, einen eigenen Berichtsbogen zur Analyse der Fortschritte entwickelt, verwendet geschlechterdifferenzierte Short Lists f\u00fcr Bef\u00f6rderungsprozesse und arbeitet mit F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften in regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Netzwerktreffen zusammen, um Hindernisse f\u00fcr das berufliche Fortkommen von Frauen zu ermitteln. Das Unternehmen hat zudem ein Programm zur F\u00f6rderung der Diversit\u00e4t \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caixabank.com\/en\/people\/diversity-equal-opportunites\/wengage-programme.html\">Wengage<\/a> \u2013 entwickelt, an dem Besch\u00e4ftigte auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens beteiligt sind.
