Im Jahr 2021 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unilever.com\/news\/press-releases\/2021\/unilever-commits-to-help-build-a-more-inclusive-society.html\">k\u00fcndigte Unilever an<\/a>, bis 2030 daf\u00fcr sorgen zu wollen, dass alle Besch\u00e4ftigten, die direkt an der Herstellung einer Unilever-Ware oder -Dienstleistung beteiligt sind, einen existenzsichernden Lohn erhalten. Da die derzeitigen Angestellten bereits einen existenzsichernden Lohn erhalten, konzentriert sich die Initiative in erster Linie auf die Sicherung eines existenzsichernden Lohns f\u00fcr schutzbed\u00fcrftige Gruppen aus dem produzierenden Gewerbe und dem Landwirtschaftssektor, die f\u00fcr das Unternehmen arbeiten. Unilever m\u00f6chte mit seinen Zulieferbetrieben sowie mit Regierungen und NGOs zusammenarbeiten, um die Einf\u00fchrung existenzsichernder Lohnstandards zu erreichen. Die im Rahmen der Unilever-Initiative f\u00fcr existenzsichernde L\u00f6hne festgelegten Standards wurden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/fair-wage.com\/\">Fair Wage Network<\/a>, einer international anerkannten Organisation f\u00fcr existenzsichernde L\u00f6hne, festgelegt.
