Das Unternehmen hat innerhalb seiner Nachhaltigkeitsabteilung eine Unterabteilung f\u00fcr Menschenrechte und Community Relations eingerichtet. Innerhalb dieser Unterabteilung sind die Community Relation Officers <strong>(<\/strong><em>dt.: Beauftragte f\u00fcr kommunale und soziale Beziehungen<\/em>) mit der Aufgabe betraut, ein Verbindungsglied zwischen den indigenen Gemeinschaften und dem Unternehmen zu sein. Aufgabe der Community Relation Officers ist es, einen Dialog zu f\u00fchren und Vertrauen aufzubauen und das Unternehmen \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche negative Auswirkungen eines Projekts auf eine bestimmte Gemeinschaft zu informieren.
